Test Data: NASA Goddard Space Flight Center radiation test data is accessible via http://radhome.gsfc.nasa.gov/

(Copy and paste in your browser address line or click below)

To use this database, follow the instructions at the site. To search for all devices tested for a particular manufacturer, type in the name of the manufacturer and enter/return. To search for all devices tested for a particular category, type in the category (i.e. Memory) and enter/return. A list of all devices tested for that category will be displayed in the Part/Manu Box.

In addition, there are links to other sources for radiation test data:

Simulation Facilities: A thorough list of simulation facilities can be found at BREL’s site covering radiation environments for heavy ions, protons, atmospheric neutrons, 1 MeV equivalent neutrons, electrons and x-rays. http://www.boeing.com/assocproducts/radiationlab/simulators.htm

And, at the Naval Research Lab site. http://redex.nrl.navy.mil/

DD & S provides expert assistance with the design and implementation of these third party radiation effects testing and analysis programs. This effort is a special service beyond the basic cost of the die or wafers and is quoted as a separate item upon request.
