The devices are offered by DPACI rated -55C to +125C in a 44 pin ceramic SO Flatpack hermetic package via their exclusive sales distribution company, Falcon Electronics. DPACI, which is ISO 9001 and AS9100 certified, will assemble and test these devices to the stringent requirements of MIL-PRF-38535 Class Q and Class V on QML approved production lines at their facility located in Simi Valley, California and has been manufacturing high reliability microcircuits for military and space applications for more than 15 years.
