DPACI Announces Marketing of a "QML-5962 Line" of Asynchronous and Synchronous SRAM Product Families to Address the Military Memory Market

LOS ANGELES -- DPA Components International announced the introduction of the first family of Standard Microcircuit Drawings (SMD's) for Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) devices designed to support the availability of full Military (-55C to +125C, hermetically packaged) memory devices for mission critical applications. These devices are in full compliance with Defense Supply Center Columbus SMD's.
This first family of ASRAM products has memory sizes from 2 MB to 16 MB (5962-0723010QXA to 5962-0724001QXA) and is tested and packaged by DPA Components International (DPACI) http://www.dpalabs.com. The devices are offered by DPACI rated -55C to +125C in a 44 pin ceramic SO Flatpack hermetic package via their exclusive sales distribution company, Falcon Electronics.
DPACI, which is ISO 9001 and AS9100 certified, will assemble and test these devices to the stringent requirements of MIL-PRF-38535 Class Q and Class V on QML approved production lines at their facility located in Simi Valley, California and has been manufacturing high reliability microcircuits for military and space applications for more than 15 years.
Falcon Electronics, an ISO 9001 and AS9100 certified full-service distributor dedicated to supplying military and aerospace electronics market with state-of-the-art semiconductors, will exclusively distribute and sell DPACI's SRAM product offering.
Die Delivery & Services (DD & S) http://www.diedelivery.com is supplying fully rated Cypress Semiconductor die/wafers to DPACI for the testing, packaging and required quality assurance to support the DSCC SMDs for SRAM products.
On January 30, 2008, DPA Components International launched an offering of high-density asynchronous and synchronous static random access memories (SRAM) that are fully compliant and qualified to DSCC specifications and have been assigned SMD numbers by DSCC. These devices are packaged in high reliability ceramic packages that will meet all mission critical needs up to space level conditions.

DPACI Finalizes Strategic Alliance with Die Delivery and Services – Die & Wafer Supplier
DPA Components International (otherwise known as DPACI) and Die Delivery and Services (DD & S), bare die and wafer memory specialists, have agreed to support each other in business referrals and technical assistance. DD & S is an Authorized Reseller of non-packaged, semiconductor die and wafers.
They are the sole authorized supplier of bare die and wafers for Samsung memory products in North America and supplier for Toshiba, Renesas, Cypress, Alliance, Hynix, Elpida and Atmel as well.
