Since most memory product is allocated in die/wafer form, orders will be scheduled strictly on a non-cancelable, non-returnable basis.

We must focus on your needs and application. Particular attention is paid to the acceptance of the specification PRIOR to finalizing the purchase order, technically and financially.

We and our “partner” manufacturers will need to be in contact with both your purchasing and design people, and in some cases your production engineers. When buying from DD & S, an Authorized Reseller of “partner” companies, you will receive full support and cooperation from us and from our manufacturers. Bear in mind that the manufacturer will allocate to the specific application and explicit customer through DD & S.

Wafers are NEVER removed from original packaging to insure cleanliness. Wafer die maps, electronic and hard copy, are shipped with product and confirmed separately. Inventory database includes wafer ID, test data, date of manufacture, batch ID when available, location produced, inspection data and shipping information.
